Acerca de David
I am a retired gymnast with fifteen years of training and competition behind me, plus several years coaching at club level. Strength and mobility conditioning is not something I picked up on a course. It is how I have trained my own body for most of my life.
My yoga practice began more than fifteen years ago and became serious over the last ten. I completed my RYT-200 teacher training in June 2026.
I have been an instructor far longer than I have taught yoga. I qualified as a PADI dive instructor in 2009 and taught actively for years, learning to teach in conditions that few people ever choose to put themselves in. It shaped how I teach now, and it is still how I work with clients.
Maybe you believe you are too old, too stiff or too weak for yoga, or the idea of going upside down for the first time frightens you. Each of these is trainable and, with patience and consistency, easy enough to overcome. Your sessions and programming will be built around where your body actually is, and around the preferences a group class cannot accommodate.

I teach handstands and other inversions to adult beginners, acrobats and athletes looking to sharpen their balance and skills, through personal mobility and strength conditioning programming. I also teach one to one yoga and meditation for people who want a practice built around their specific needs, or who simply prefer to practise in private.
