I'm a hand-on teacher with an experience from Indea Yoga Institute, Mysore. Taking personal interest in each of my student's learning as well as growth,I aim to imbibe my 3 years of experience in my lessons. When we practise together...
My mission is to help students nurture their body, mind, and soul.
My vision is I want others to experience the gift that my yoga practice has given me – self love,inner happiness.
Let's combine spirituality, mindfulness and fun to get the best workout possible.I'm bringing yoga to you with strength training and flexibility.

Durante mi tiempo en España, tomé clases de yoga de Namika. Ella es una de las mejores entrenadoras de yoga que he conocido. ella da atención personalizada a todos sus alumnos.
