Acerca de Christina
I have my degree in psychology. I started teaching yoga in 2004 in the United States and since then I have traveled all over the world from Europe, to Asia, to Australia, New Zealand, (yes India as well) and Mexico. I have taught classes as many as 425 people, private classes, corporate classes, professional and non-professional athletes, children, mature adults, coached and judged for yoga competitions. I am also a NASM certified personal trainer.

The most important aspects of your yoga practice is attention to detail. It doesn't matter that if you demonstrate a posture very nicely if you are breathing heavily, not engaging the correct muscles or busy thinking about what you want to make for dinner. My main focus is getting my students to be aware of their bodies, breath and concentration. Yoga is about connection, awareness and concentration. When you direct your practice with these 3 points of focus, you will extract the maximum benefits from your efforts. You body will transform from the inside out and your way of thinking and perceiving the world will be completely different. I am an intense person, so I would say that my classes are intense but that intensity can be translated in many different ways. If you have yet not gauged, I am very passionate about teaching.
