Acerca de Clara
My name is Clara, a yoga teacher from Sweden but have made Altea my home. I am a certified yoga teacher and have practiced and taught students across the world. My client base consists out of locals, expats as well as clients abroad in Sweden, London and The Netherlands. Next to my private practice I also work with Spanish corporates to support the delivery of their employee wellbeing programs.

I teach private and group classes in various Yoga styles (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa) as well as meditation. My style is tailored to your goals and experience. If you are a beginner looking to start your Yoga journey or an experienced Yogi, I will tailor my classes to suit your experience and goals. Connect with body, mind and breath. Available for tailored practices to support your journey through private or group classes. I typically teach outdoor classes but am equally happy to teach in the comfort of your own home. Online sessions are available on request. All levels are welcome!
