Acerca de Liliya
I`m a certified Pilates and Yin yoga instructor. Living and working in Barcelona is a dream come true for me and I`d love to bring as much of my experience, inner peace and knowledge to my students.
10 years ago i was lucky enough to be admitted to the amazing ROBERTA BALLET - one of the leading modern ballet skills in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Ever since I`ve developed my dance experience a lot, thanks to the support and guidance by the lead choreographer. We`ve organized many concerts and attended big number of international dance competitions.
Later on, for the last 5 years i have participated in several bellydance ensembles in Bulgaria.
I fell in love with Yin yoga several years ago when it literally healed me from very long herniated disk suffering.
Today i can not imagine my life without 2 things - dance and YIN YOGA.

My classes of Yin yoga are based on both physical deep postures, as well as energetic ones which helps release a number of blocked emotions from our bodies. For me safety and comfort are crucial, that`s why i always aim at providing peaceful, no competitive atmosphere in class and a spiritually based practice that teaches kindness to ourselves and others.
