SUMMARY
I am a professional, committed, qualified teacher who hopes to build on the experience I have gained
through my work placements by gaining employment as a primary and secondary and adult teacher of English. I am qualified to teach and organize children and am keen to support the personal and academic development of children in primary and secondary education.
Knowledgeable English Teacher with 18 years of experience teaching students language from year two to year 12.
Proficient in developing comprehensive grammar, writing and reading assignments for many students. Motivated to help students develop a high level of proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
During my 18-year working experience, I worked in different places with various age groups in private schools, which gave me the opportunity to observe and support pupils on a one-to-one basis. This was an invaluable experience and helped me gain confidence in communicating and teaching English with 8-16-year-old young learners and also with adults.
My ability to build a rapport and engage with young people confirmed that my decision to pursue a career in teaching was the right choice. In later years I developed this knowledge and skills in the field of management in different schools. I have mastered in various positions such as Head of English Department, career master, deputy Master and school Principal.

It is based on beliefs about the nature of language, and how it is learnt.
ı am mainly using student centred method and also eclectic method with associated practices and procedures, and are each based on different interpretations of the nature of language and language learning.
In the classroom I base my lessons on a mixture of methods and approaches to meet the different needs of learners and the different aims of lessons or courses. Factors in deciding how to teach include the age and experience of learners, lesson and course objectives, expectations and resources.
