Acerca de Anna
My professional skills are: I'm a certified English teacher. I've been actively teaching for the last 7 years and I love it. My qualification is a linguist-translator (diploma), I also have a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate (TQUK, Level 5).
For the moment, I work with my students online which is highly effective for both sides.
On-site I worked in an English language school, Moscow, teaching English to groups of students – adults or teenagers (8-12 people). Online I worked for 1,5 years in an international English language school where I taught students of different levels and ages and I also taught English to children from China for half a year.
I know exactly what kind of difficulties people can have learning English which is conditioned firstly by their native language, in particular, their accent, false friends, language structure, etc. Throughout my teaching career, of course, I have had a lot of Russian students as far as we have the same roots and culture, but my lessons are always in English and no matter where you are from I can teach you to speak and master the language.

I’m trying to create an English-speaking atmosphere where beginners can start speaking, pre-intermediate and intermediate ones can practice it and upper-intermediate and advanced ones can polish it.
Though I have a library of my own lessons based on a student’s level, my principle is an individual approach. I always choose what is best and most applicable for a student depending on his wishes, goals, and level. All my lessons are focused on a certain topic, a lesson may include short audio, a video, a text, or an article to work on with exercises on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and, of course, discussion questions. My classes are student-oriented, so 80% of speaking is for you to speak. This is the best way to start thinking in English without any effort. With me you won’t mention the time running, you’ll enjoy the process!
Don’t hesitate, book a trial session and be sure to have results! And if you think that English is not for you, I’ll tell you this: I never ever give up on my students!
