Acerca de Marcel
I'm Marcel, I'm 35 years old and I have completed a degree in Applied Exercise Science. Since 2020, I have been working full-time as a Personal Trainer in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
Before that, I worked as a coach for the German second-division football club SSV Jahn Regensburg until the end of 2019. I left the position after moving back to Berlin, my hometown.
I have been actively training with weights for 17 years. In addition, I enjoy a variety of other recreational sports, including football, volleyball, table tennis and badminton.

During the free trial session, we will start by discussing your goals, training preferences and any individual factors that need to be taken into consideration.
We will then work through exercises specifically tailored to you, giving you the opportunity to experience my training approach first-hand.
I will help you develop the optimal technique for your individual needs, build muscle and find a nutrition strategy that suits your goals and lifestyle. If you wish, I can also support you on a long-term basis with weekly or monthly check-ins and intensive training sessions.
My holistic approach also includes helping you reduce pain and physical discomfort.
