My name is Whitney and I am from the USA. However, I have grown up moving all around the world. I think English is a universal language and it can be fun to learn something new! I have 3 years of experience teaching all ages the language, from children to adults working in corporate environments!
I also study languages myself and know how difficult it can be to learn something new and be good at it, so I take lessons slowly and am always up for questions or to explain something you may not understand right away. I believe that learning takes time and have no problem practicing something over and over again with my students so they can perfect it :)

My lessons are practical, flexible, and focused on what you want to achieve - whether it’s speaking more fluently, improving grammar, feeling comfortable in real-life situations, or just wanting to understand your favorite TV show or lyrics to a song! We can meet online, and each session is tailored to your pace and goals.
I prefer to teach by doing! So using role-play (for example ordering a coffee in English or meeting a new friend), talking about what you like and getting you to feel confident explaining it, and using real content such as your favorite movies or music!
Working in English? I can help you practice for presentations or meetings, and learn professional vocabulary and phrases that will help you stand out!
