I am an independent visual artist and art therapist and English teacher.
I am committed to sharing her experience and helping make people’s lives more fulfilling
in a fun and creative way. I adopt an artistic and holistic approach
that inspires people to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I have been giving group and individual art therapy sessions for more than 2 years and I enjoy it fully.

My personal approach as an art therapist is very much grounded in creative process. Exploring art materials in different ways (both traditional and non-traditional) to see what they can do, how they behave in different combinations, and how those different materials and processes make you feel. Some sessions will be spent working on a particular project, and others will be spent more in a free creation.
I believe that you can make improve your life in an easy and fun way. Changes do not always have to be difficult and they can be made fast. With my holistic approach I can help you create more fulfilling and creative life.
