I always ask what is the need of the student. Therefore, I am aware of what the student demands. Also, I would consider age and what is relevant to learn at a certain stage in life. Thus, I always like to make the student involved in the lesson by asking him or her questions to also make sure that the student is following up. I also consider it relevant to run tests for the student to have a full understanding of how much they are learning and the areas in which they need to improve. Thank you.
