Acerca de Mirela
The need for connection with myself and to calm my mind coming from an accelerated lifestyle made me start the practice of hatha yoga classes. I decided to share and live from and by all that yoga has given me: my experiences, self-inquiry, connection with body and breath, and also the teaching part and how it allows me to learn from others, ignites me to keep my devotion to the practice.
