Acerca de Nerea
I am a professional contemporary dancer. I am a performer, creator, and teacher. I studied at the London Contemporary Dance School and worked at the National Dance and Theatre Company of Scotland. Since 2015, I have been working professionally as a dancer and creator with companies in Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland. I have always enjoyed teaching, so I have tried to balance performing, creating, and teaching. I have worked as a teacher since 2015 with a wide variety of groups, including children, professionals, adults, and people with no prior experience in dance or yoga.

The foundation of my classes is contemporary dance. However, I combine it with other practices such as Yoga and Pilates to achieve a comprehensive approach to the moving body. I work on the mobility of the entire body in a conscious manner, improving posture, flexibility, muscle tone, and physical and mental health. I emphasize the personal care of each individual and kindly accompany them in that process.
The teaching method for the sessions is based on feedback between the student and me. I strive to maintain open communication during practice to provide appropriate and specific feedback to each person. The classes follow a specific structure but remain flexible to accommodate the needs of the participants.
