Acerca de Frederica
I’ve been playing flute for 12 years. Did my education in classical music, in Lisbon (Portugal) and The Hague (Netherlands). While studying flute I also did a minor in methodology, where I was taught how to approach kids in their music education, and how to introduce them to playing flute. I have been teaching in the Netherlands for 3 years. Came to Barcelona to study jazz and modern music, but my passion for teaching is still here and would love to keep doing it while I am here.

My first goal is to find out what the student would like to learn and why. With that information, I will create a study plan. Since I teach beginners, my approach to the flute is made in a playful way, making the student find out what is more comfortable for him and from that moment establish short term and long term goals that should be achieved.
