Working history, I have worked in the dental industry for 20 years, started as a dental assistant, and was promoted as back office supervisor. My number #1 priority was taking care of all the patients with special needs that were schedule for any dental procedure under general anesthesia. This task required 99% communication with patient's caregivers or parents, educating them & explaining the process of their upcoming dental procedure under general anesthesia

Many of my patient's caregivers did not speak the language, I needed to translate forms and verbally interpreted English and Spanish
