I have been an ESL teacher since 2011 working as a volunteer in schools in Asia, but mostly I work on Skype. My style works for people that have a good level of English already, but need to improve understanding or delivery for special needs. I have coached over 200 people for interviews, public speaking, and presentations.
I am skilled in teaching people tricks and shortcuts to aid understanding in tricky situations. I am a great believer in doing things as quickly and simply as possible. I am the teacher for people that hate traditional teachers

My approach is to work from a student's needs, not from standard textbooks.
I make my own homework video projects that are fun to do and also speed up learning of cultural differences in language and manners.
Most of what I do and teach is frowned upon by traditional grammar teachers. I encourage students to use anything that helps them get things done faster. In the real world, we get paid by doing things simply, quickly and cheaply. Unlike how we are taught in school.
